Running a marathon is an incredible achievement, however it requires a huge amount of dedication and time. If you’ve never run before, throwing yourself at this can be daunting, whilst it’s completely within your reach, we recommend starting off with a short distance race. 

Sign up for a 5km, graduate to a 10km and then move on to longer distances. You'll discover a new found love for running with the pressure off yourself and collect some medals along the way! 


Whilst there’s plenty of fad diets out there that promise unbelievable results, most of them are restrictive, low in calories and will see you pile back on the weight the moment you stop following the strict regime. 

We believe in healthy choices and lifestyle change, making adjustments to your diet and exercising for 30 minutes, 3 times a week is a great way to start your weight loss journey.

It’s better not to obsess over the end goal and aim to lose 1lb a week to keep it sustainable!  



I’m quitting alcohol, chocolate, junk food, eating out….

Make 2018 the year of balance! Being restrictive what you can and can’t eat will only make you want it more, instead make small changes and cut down on less healthy choices. It’s ok to indulge once in a while!
